After moving to Kansas City at the age of eight, he witnessed the challenges many children and families faced and made a promise to be part of the solution. At just ten years old, he dreamed of creating a community center that would strengthen families, develop future leaders, and restore hope—a vision that continues to guide his life's work today.

For more than fifteen years, Ibrahim has intentionally dedicated his career to serving children, youth, and families through education, youth development, social services, mentoring, coaching, and nonprofit leadership. Equipped with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Arts in Teaching, he founded Helping Hand Enterprise Group LLC on the belief that business can be a force for good. Through purpose-driven ventures in food service, roadside assistance, publishing, youth development, and other community-focused initiatives, the organization creates sustainable businesses that fund opportunities for others—providing a hand up, not a handout. Every business exists to create jobs, inspire entrepreneurship, strengthen families, and invest in lasting community transformation.
